Chioma Rowland, the wife of popular Afrobeats star Davido, has captured hearts online with a touching tribute to him on Father’s Day.
In a now-viral clip, Chioma and Davido were seen enjoying a playful and intimate chat. During their light exchange, the conversation took a sweet turn when Davido asked Chioma about the possibility of having more children. With a smile, she responded, “Two more babies to come.”
Davido, clearly touched, reaffirmed his deep love for his children, saying, “I love all my kids; they make me feel so special, and I’ll do anything for them.”
The couple’s moment of affection comes nearly a year after they welcomed twins, following the heartbreaking loss of their son, Ifeanyi, who tragically passed away at age three.

In other news, Social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as Verydarkman (VDM), has responded after his friend and singer Davido posted a video flaunting his luxury car collection in what appeared to be a clapback.
VDM had earlier criticized both Davido and fellow artist Burna Boy for recently purchasing new cars. He questioned the need for such extravagant spending and suggested that their wealth could be put to more meaningful use.
In response, Davido shared a video proudly showing off the vehicles in his garage, seemingly addressing the activist’s comments. Unfazed, VDM fired back, bluntly asking, “Who is Davido?” He made it clear he won’t flatter anyone or boost their ego, even if they’re his friends.
During his reaction, VDM emphasized that Nigeria’s top three artists are not divine beings and said that no matter their fame, they are still human and will only live as long as God allows perhaps 70 to 80 years.
In a candid and unfiltered moment, he was seen munching on tiger nuts, even spitting chewed bits onto his phone mid-rant. Addressing the criticism he often receives online, VDM admitted that he is proud and egoistic but insists he is unapologetic about it.
According to him, that same pride has preserved his integrity over the years, and he refuses to compromise just to maintain friendships or gain approval.
