BBNaija officially announces release date for the season 10 edition with N150M grand prize (Video)

The organisers of the reality TV show Big Brother Naijahave announced plans to launch its 10th season.

Speaking at a press briefing on Wednesday, they revealed that the season 10 winner will take home a record-breaking ₦150 million — the highest prize since the show began in 2006.

Fan-favourite Ebuka Obi-Uchendu will also return as the show’s host.

Addressing the press, Obi-Uchendu highlighted the show’s impressive milestones, noting that Big Brother Naija has featured 197 housemates across nine seasons, delivered 709 days of airtime, and awarded a total of ₦637 million in prizes so far.

Season 9, themed “No Loose Guard,” introduced a unique twist that required contestants to audition in pairs, enter the house as duos, and later compete individually once unpaired.

Kellyrae ultimately made history as the show’s first married winner, walking away with the ₦100 million cash prize.
