Popular Nigerian content creators, Ikorodu Bois—renowned for recreating scenes from music videos and films—have once again captured attention with their latest parody of Tyler Perry’s blockbuster movie Straw.
The group, known for past remakes like Wizkid’s IDK music video featuring Zlatan Ibile, recently dropped a new video where they hilariously mimicked key characters from the Netflix film Straw.
In the trending clip, the young creatives used makeup and props to accurately mirror the appearance of several cast members, including lead actress Taraji P. Henson, earning praise across social media platforms in Nigeria.
The highlight of the video was the young girl who flawlessly portrayed Taraji P. Henson’s character, impressing viewers with her performance. Her acting sparked a wave of reactions online, drawing praise from fans and several prominent celebrities in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
