Nigerian dancehall singer Cynthia Morgan, during an interview making the rounds online, goes emotional and, by extension, breaks down in tears.

The emotional breakdown from Cynthia Morgan comes following the present state of her career as she has really fell to the bottom in the entertainment industry.

Note that Cynthia Morgan, who is well known for her red hair, nose rings, and bold fashion, before coming up with the name Madrina, experienced a downfall in her career after parting ways with her manager and label, Northside Entertainment (Jude Okoye).

She struggled to continue independently, without the funding, support, or promotional muscle that had lifted her earlier.

Between late 2018 and early 2019, Cynthia fell seriously ill and faced severe depression. She spent months battling both her health and emotional well-being, eventually relocating to Benin to manage treatment costs.

The illness and stress triggered a breakdown that derailed her focus and momentum. She admitted to returning to the studio but realized she wasn’t ready to continue

However, during the interview, Cynthia Morgan,, who wants a growth in her life and career, tells Nigerians to pray for her.

Cynthia Morgan added that she won’t tell people to donate money for her because she is not a beggar and also used to be a millionaire before the contrary happened to her.

She further noted that if they send money to her it will be a cool stuff and ended up breaking up into tears during the interview.
