The fan base of popular Nigerian singer Wizkid, known as the Wizkid FC, has been referred to as an ingrate, following a clip of Davido that surfaced online.
In the throwback video, Davido was spotted showing respect to Wizkid while he was performing on stage.
Davido, the “Unavailable” hitmaker, was seen sending condolences to Wizkid for his loss at Afronation 2023.
The Wizkid fan mocked Davido for allegedly co-owning his jet with his family, suggesting it wasn’t solely his.
David reacted by referring to the Wizkid fan as a bastard and useless, following the troll’s failure to provide his own father’s car.
In the throwback video in the year 2024, Davido refers to Wizkid as his brother, stressing that he knows how it feels to lose someone. The singer said that he has lost so many people in his life so far, as he noted that his mother died a long time ago.
While on stage in 2023, Davido said Wizkid made the music industry easier for him and others as they were able to scale through the murky water of the entertainment industry till now that Afrobeats is now a global music genre.

Recall that Wizkid’s mother, Jane Dolapo Balogun, passed away in the early hours of Friday, August 18, 2023, in London.
This comes following the war of words between Davido and a Wizkid fan on X who berated the DMW boss for not having a Grammy and always flying around in a private jet.
