Popular Nigerian singer David Adeleke, professionally known as Davido, is in the news again following the release of a new video of him that has surfaced online.
In the clip, Davido brags that if he does not work again in his life, he has got billions of dollars waiting for me.
Davido, the son of a Nigerian billionaire, Adedeji Adeleke, made this known at backstage after his performance in Toronto during his ongoing 5 Alive Tour.
The DMW boss said that he is still working hard, despite coming from a wealthy background, because of his love for the craft.
Davido stated that what sets him apart is that he isn’t driven by money, but by his personal strength and mental capacity.
In his words; “From today, if I don’t work again in my life, I got billion of dollars waiting for me.”
