Award-Winning Nigerian singer Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun professionally known as Wizkid finally listens to his fans after being dragged by fans and music lovers for being lazy to promote songs of his 6th album “Morayo” which was released in the year 2024.
it is no longer a news that Wizkid has cancelled his highly anticipated “Morayo Live Tour” . Wizkid started by cancelling all his “North American Morayo Live Tour” which involve USA and Canada then went further by cancelling that of Berlin, Paris some hours later
This development sparked mixed reactions, while some claimed that it was due to the singer inability to sell s out ticket as he did not promote his songs enough, other stressed that the singer is still mourning his late mum.
However, in a new video shared on his official Instagram page today, May 26th 2025, Wizkid out of nowhere posted a song known as “Break Me Down” off Morayo album.
Break Me Down, the seventh track from Wizkid’s sixth studio album, Morayo, is a somber track that fuses elements of dancehall, Afrobeat, and R&B.
Wizkid posted clip of Oyinbo people dancing effortlessly to the song. He accompanied the track with the caption; “Break me down ❤️ Morayo .”
