A heartbreaking has surfaced online that shows the moment comedian Sanku was laid to rest in Osun State.
Recall Entertainment Region reported that Zanku Comedy passed away on Monday, September 1st, 2025, in a fatal accident, along Ogbomoso Road in Oyo State.
However, the new clip making the rounds online confirmed that comedian Zanku has been buried in Osogbo, Osun State. This comes amid tributes and condolences from fans and industry colleagues.
The burial took place on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, with close associates and sympathizers present to pay their final respects.
Videos circulating online captured Sanku Comedy’s body wrapped in a white cloth, as mourners wept while it was carried away.
Information has it that 2 weeks before comedian Zanku passed away, he escaped an accident with his Lexus car and the clip got many people talking online.
Also, another chat just surfaced online between Sanku and his friend Makanjuola, where the late comedian was lamenting frequent accidents since he bought his Lexus.
