Popular Nigerian socialite, Cubana Chief Priest, has revealed in a new video that he makes about ₦20 billion annually.
He disclosed this during a live-streaming session with Nigerian streamer and TikToker, Peller, where he shared insights into his success.
According to the Imo-born nightlife king, achieving success isn’t rocket science. He highlighted three key principles that have guided him, stressing that the simplest path to lasting wealth is to keep investing in businesses.
He further advised Peller to channel his current fame into building sustainable ventures, noting that this is the true secret behind his own financial success.
Moving on, Cubana Chief Priest tells Peller that if he wants to do business, he should make sure that the business is an essential one, meaning that people can’t do without it.
Using his fast-food restaurant as an example, Cubana Chief Priest said that no one can do without food even people will eat at burial party, naming ceremony, birthday party among others.
Dishing out example further, Cubana Chief said him and Peller ate a food of N20k each at his restuarant stressing that he only needs to sell to 1million people every year to make 20billion.
Breaking it down further, Cubana Chief Priest tells Peller that to sell to 1million people in a year, he only needs to sell to 3000 people in a day in all his outlets.
Peller said “And you dey sell to 3000 people?”
Cubana Chief Priest responded, “Even more than that.”
He explained that beyond his restaurant and food ventures, he is also heavily invested in the nightlife business. Cubana Chief Priest advised Peller to focus on doing what he loves and finding ways to monetize it.
He concluded by stressing the importance of building valuable connections, noting that it’s not just about meeting people but keeping them close. According to him, having prominent figures on his WhatsApp contact list adds to his net worth, as these relationships ensure mutual support whenever the need arises.
