A shocking real-life story has surfaced online after a side chick allegedly slashed a housewife’s face with a blade, sparking massive reactions on social media.
In a viral video, the injured wife appeared at Agidigbo FM to report her ordeal to popular host Oriyomi Hamzat on the Kokoro Alate program.
Narrating her story, the woman explained that she previously lived with her husband in Lagos, but during her pregnancy, he asked her to return to Ibadan to give birth.
Speaking further on the Kokoro Alate program, the wife explained that she traveled to Lagos with her child and first stopped at a friend’s place. Later, she went to greet her mother-in-law, who gave her N50,000 to support her rent.
She eventually went to meet her husband to collect the rest of the money, even though he had refused to visit her at her friend’s house. According to her, her husband took the child and began playing with him, unaware that he had other plans in mind.
As she prepared to leave, a lady suddenly began hurling curses at her. While trying to respond, the last thing she remembered was blood gushing from her body after being attacked.
She further revealed that her husband lives with the side chick and her friends.
The wife recounted that after the attack, her husband willingly submitted himself for arrest but allegedly instructed the side chick to flee.
She explained that although he was initially arrested at a police station in Ibadan, he was later released under suspicious circumstances, as officers claimed she had no right to visit her husband in Lagos knowing he had a side chick—suggesting bribery may have been involved.
Appearing on the Kokoro Alate program with visible injuries on her face, the distressed wife revealed that the case has now been transferred to the Lagos State police. She pleaded with Oriyomi Hamzat for assistance, stressing that she wanted justice.
The wife said that her husband, Afolabi Saheed AY, who allegedly tells his sidechick to beat her up, is on the run like this, and they are looking for him. He is from Ogbomosho.
