Mixed reactions have started trailing a new video of popular Nigerian music mogul, Don Jazzy at his former signee, Reekado Banks album listening party.
Reekado Banks, who is now into the real estate and restaurant business, had his new album named, “The Game Needs You” yesterday night, July 6th, 2025. The album is scheduled to be released today, July 7th, 2025.
Recall that just a few days ago, Reekado Banks sparked reactions online during an interview, with many accusing him of indirectly calling out Don Jazzy and/or Paulo Okoye.
In the interview, Reekado Banks expressed concerns about an unnamed music executive whom he claims is exploiting young talents.
He said; “There is one big man in the music industry who is demonic and taking advantage of young talents. I have worked with him before. Other young artists have also worked with him. I would not want to mudsling, you know, put his name through the mud, although the person knows himself.
“But I would like to educate people about the man, because according to everything that I have come to find out, everybody that he has worked with always encounters certain setbacks or finds themselves in a mess.”
However, despite the alleged call out by Reekando Banks, Don Jazzy and his talents at Mavin Records label including, Ladipoe, Bayanni and others were present.
Meanwhile, mixed reactions have started trailing the way Don Jazzy dances when he met Reekado Banks at the album listening party, with many stressing that the music executive was faking his happiness.
