Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo has fired back at Tanzanian media figure Mage Kimambi after he advised her daughter, Priscilla Ojo, and son-in-law, Juma Jux, to stay low-key on social media.
Mage Kimambi had previously posted on Instagram, suggesting that the couple should limit their online presence for five months in light of the ongoing political unrest in Tanzania.
In response, Iyabo Ojo took to Instagram to voice her frustration, criticizing Mage Kimambi’s remarks as inappropriate and disrespectful.
She revealed that the family had financially supported the multiple wedding events of Juma Jux and Priscilla, emphasizing the involvement and backing of her family.
Iyabo Ojo also urged Mage Kimambi to refrain from interfering in her daughter’s life, highlighting the confidence and independence she has nurtured in Priscilla.
