Popular Nigerian activist, VeryDarkMan, better known as VDM, in a newly released video, reacts after music executive Sosoberekon put N120M for him and Portable to fight.
Amid the ongoing online feud between Portable and VeryDarkMan, Sosoberekon few hours ago, took to his Instagram page and put down the sum of N120M for the duo to settle it in the ring.

Reacting earlier today, July 27, 2025, VeryDarkMan dismissed N120 million as insignificant, revealing he recently spent N20 million to resolve a dispute in Jos.
He accused Sosoberekon of disrespect and recalled nearly engaging in a celebrity boxing match with American rapper 50 Cent last year. VDM claimed 50 Cent demanded $5 million, while he requested $1 million, which was declined—causing the deal to collapse and costing what could have been 2024’s biggest event.
VDM ended with a strong warning to Sosoberekon, insisting he should never approach him again with such a “small” offer like N120 million.

Portable rejects N120M as he demands N1b to fight VDM
Nigerian singer and record label boss, Portable, has rejected a ₦120 million offer to take part in a boxing match against social media activist VeryDarkMan, insisting he won’t step into the ring for anything less than ₦1 billion.
In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), Portable argued that ₦100 million or even ₦20 million is far too small for someone of his calibre, claiming he regularly receives such amounts as gifts from fans.
In his words:
“I don collect money wey pass ₦20 million, my fans dey give me. The ₦100 million my fans dey give me. ₦100 million small for me to fight VeryDarkMan, make them give me ₦1 billion.”
“If I see someone who’ll give me ₦1 billion, I’ll fight him. I’ll beat him totally. Before I use juju on him, I’ll fight him.”
