A new video is making the rounds online where Ubi Franklin and Cubana Chiefpriest laugh off rumors they engaged in physical combat at an event in Abuja yesterday May 22.
Information that earlier went viral online alleged that socialite Cubana Chief Priest and Davido’s wife’s ex manager Ubi Franklin exchanged hot blows at a high-profile event held at Transcorp Hilton in Abuja.
According to bloggers on Instagram, Cubana Chief Priest and Ubi Franklin punches drew the attention of everyone and they were pulled apart.
Allegations suggest that Cubana Chief Priest doesn’t want Ubi Franklin anywhere near singer Davido. However, it appears Ubi is making efforts to re-enter Davido’s inner circle.
Another claim says Ubi is doing all he can to secure an invite to Chioma and Davido’s wedding in August in the U.S., while the Chief Priest is reportedly working to block that from happening.
However, bloggers revealed that the incident didn’t sit well with Davido. The singer reportedly approached them afterward and expressed his displeasure over the scene the two grown men caused at the Abuja event.
Furthermore, a new clip surfaced online today, May 23rd 2025 as Cubana Chief Priest and Ubi Franklin were seen sitting next to each other inside the car while Isreal DMW recorded the video.
Isreal DMW accused blogger of lying stressing that no fight ensued between the duo, also the two alleged fighters Cubana Chief Priest and Ubi Franklin laughed over the boxing rumours as they uttered that blogs only wants more views.
