Super Eagles Forward, Victor Osimhen, recently raised eyebrows online as he picked his favourite Nigerian artiste.
Victor Osimhen, a former African footballer of the year award-winner, made this known during an interview that just surfaced online.
While many expected Victor Osimhen to pick between Wizkid and Davido, the striker ignored both artistes as he went ahead to pick his favourite Nigerian singer.
During the interview, Victor Osimhen said that his favourite Nigerian singer is Olamide, as he went ahead to disclose how much he loves the artiste. He added that he can d!e for Badoo as he continues to stress how much he loves the singer.
Victor Osimhen, who recently acquired a Rolls-Royce Cullinan worth N1.1billion, said during the interview that there is a particular Olamide song he used to listen to before he entered the pitch to play football as a professional player.
The lyrics read: “Don’t worry about tomorrow Forget your sorrow Forget about the shoes you borrow Aiye yi o le I’ve been there before Now we’re on top Them say we day form.”
Lyrics were culled from the rapper Olamide’s song “King Shii” from the album “Baddest Guy Ever Liveth”, released in the year 2013.
